Under Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, the Members of the Company resolved to pass the following written resolutions, as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Situl Devji Raithatha of Springfields Advisory LLP, 38 De Montfort Street, Leicester, LE1 7GS be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 18 December 2023 it was resolved that Situl Devji Raithatha be removed and that Milan Vuceljic (IP No. 20172) and Mike Solomons (IP No. 9043) both of Moorfields Advisory Limited, 82 St John Street, London, EC1M 4JN be appointed as Joint Liquidators.
