A petition to wind up the above-named company, 1 Charles Street Limited (company number 02539475) (“the Company”) of 1 Charles Street, Mayfair, London, England, W1J 5DA has been presented on 18 September 2023 by BERKELEY SQUARE HOLDINGS LIMITED (a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands) whose registered office is c/o Maples Corporate Services, Kingston Chambers, PO Box 183, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and whose address for service in the UK is c/o Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2V 7WS (hereinafter called “the Petitioner”) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 10 January 2024 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
