Notice is hereby given that on 7 December 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that Kadima Construction Ltd, with its Registered Office at Summit House, 4-5 Mitchell Street, Edinburgh, EH6 7BD be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 8 December 2023 ordained the said adima Construction Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Chambers Street, Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
