NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by Matthew Boyd Callaghan, Lisa Jane Rickelton and Ali Abbas Khaki of FTI Consulting LLP, the Joint Administrators of Avanti Communications Group plc, of their intention to declare a first and final distribution of the prescribed part in the sum of £600,000 to the non-preferential unsecured creditors of the Company within two months of the last date for proving on 5 January 2024.
Creditors who have not yet proved are required, on or before 5 January 2024, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to the Joint Administrators by email at avantiadministrators@fticonsulting.com or by post to Avanti Communications Group plc - in Administration, c/o FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD, United Kingdom. Known creditors should submit a proof of debt via the Turnkey Insolvency Portal (www.ips-docs.com) using their login details previously provided.
Additionally, if so requested by the Joint Administrators, creditors should provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
The value of the prescribed part before taking into account the costs of making the distribution to non-preferential unsecured creditors is £600,000.
