We, Craig Povey (IP No. 9665) and Gavin Savage (IP No. 9950) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8th Floor, One Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 24 August 2021.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential and secondary preferential creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 12 December 2023. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 1 December 2023 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
