A petition to wind up the above-named company, Fuchs Management Ltd, registered under Company Number 13215042 (the “Company”), whose registered office address is 111 Studdridge Street, London, United Kingdom, SW6 3TD, was presented on 27 October 2023 (the "Petition") by COMPASS HOUSE LIMITED, a Jersey registered Company (Jersey Registration number 114505) (UK Company Number OE021876) of First Floor Osprey House, Old Street, St. Helier JE2 3RG (the “Petitioner”) claiming to be a creditor of the Company.
The Petition will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on:
