The following special resolution together with the remaining ordinary resolution were passed by the Members of the Company by written resolutions on 1 November 2023. The requisite voting majority was received.

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Harold of Bespoke Insolvency Solution, PO BOX 798, Rochdale, OL16 9TX be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the appointment of Peter John Harold was not confirmed, and the creditors appointed Gary Paul Shankland (IP No 9587) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR and Craig Povey (IP No 9665) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8th Floor, One Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
