The King has been pleased by Royal Warrant under His Royal Sign Manual dated 26th October 2023 to re-appoint Charles Peregrine Kirwan Taylor, as the Chief Inspector of Prisons for England and Wales for a further period of three years commencing on and from the 1st day of November 2023 and concluding on 31st October 2026.
