This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Trustee and the convener of the meeting, James Maxwell, of Watch Bankruptcy Trustees, Unit 3 & 4 Lagan House, 1 Sackville Street, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT27 4AB.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The establishment of a creditor`s committee

2. That a fixed fee of £5,000 plus VAT be agreed in respect of the Joint Trustees` remuneration for dealing with the statutory and regulatory obligations of the Bankruptcy Estate, to be paid as soon as funds become available, and

3. That 20% of all realisations plus VAT be agreed in respect of the Joint Trustees` remuneration for dealing with all other aspects of the Bankruptcy Estate, to be paid as soon as funds become available.
