At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day, Stephen Lancaster of Lucas Ross Limited, Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS was appointed as Joint Liquidator in addition to Nicholas Cusack.
