Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Cusack, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That the basis of the Liquidator’s fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and their staff in attending to matters as set out in the fees estimate, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Parker Andrews Limited at the time when the work is performed (plus VAT). 2. That a Liquidation Committee will be established if sufficient nominations are received by 8 November 2023 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded.
