Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 5 October 2023, by John Russell Partnership Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (with Company Number SC157258) and having its registered office at 77 Sandy Road, Carluke, Scotland, ML8 5DH for an order to wind up the said John Russell Partnership Limited under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Alan Alexander Brown and Paul Dounis both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP as joint provisional liquidators and thereafter joint interim liquidators, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 10 October 2023 ordains any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark Sheriff Court, 24 Hope Street, Lanark, ML11 7NE, within eight days of this advertisement, and meantime appointed Alan Alexander Brown of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Centenary House, 69 Wellington Street, Glasgow, G2 6HG and Paul Dounis of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL to be joint provisional liquidators of John Russell Partnership Limited.
