NOTICE is hereby given that on 9 June 2023 and on 26 July 2023, Notes were presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Ms Jacqueline Polea and 42 others and by Mr George Barton and 3 others respectively, for leave to bring proceedings against the company in terms of Section 130(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.  By Interlocutors of 19 June 2023 and 4 August 2023 respectively, the Sheriff at Glasgow ordered advertisement of the Notes and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayers of the Petitions should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within 14 days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
