At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at SCC Chartered Accountants, 17 College Street, Armagh City, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT on 03 October 2023, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Rory Moynagh of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh City, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT, (office holder no 292465) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at SCC Chartered Accountants, 17 College Street, Armagh City, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Rory Moynagh as Liquidator.
