SECTION 27 NOTICE
THE TRUSTEES OF THE NETHERLANDS BRITISH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME (THE SCHEME)
The Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme has commenced winding up and will soon be terminating. As part of the winding-up process, the Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace all former members and their beneficiaries who are entitled to benefits under the Scheme. Anyone who thinks they have been missed (i.e., believes that he or she is a member or a beneficiary of the Scheme, or anyone who believes they have any other interest, claim, or entitlement in relation to the Scheme), should write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to the Trustees of the Scheme at c/o Stephen Huyton, Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce De Malietoren, 18th Floor, 12 Bezuidenhoutseweg, 2594 AV The Hague or by email to Shuyton08@gmail.com within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the expiry of the two-month period the Scheme shall be wound up (effectively meaning it will cease to exist) and the Trustees of the Scheme will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
