“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) of Wilkin Chapman LLP, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
