NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of The Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD on 02 October 2023 at 11.30am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their Proxy, together with a full statement of account at the current registered office – McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD not later than 4pm on 29 September 2023.

Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD between 10.00am and 4.00pm on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting stated above.

The resolutions at the creditors’ meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
