Notice is hereby given that, on 28 August 2023, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Brocklesby Biogas Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 10263543) and having its registered office at 123 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5EA, petitioning the court inter alia for the restoration of ZEBEC ENERGY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company Number: SC421809) and having its registered office c/o FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD (“the Company”) to the Register of Companies in Scotland; in which petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 5 September 2023 ordained all persons having an interest in the Company to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
