Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Burda Gesellschaft mit beschrter Haftung has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Our Media Limited. Consequently, Burda Gesellschaft mit beschrter Haftung has retired as a limited partner of the Partnership and Our Media Limited has been appointed as a new limited partner in the Partnership.
