A Petition to wind up the above-named company of KNIGHTSBRIDGE MORTGAGES AND BROKER SERVICES LTD (12117363) of 109 Storrs Close, Birmingham B9 5AT England, Flat 6, Bromford Court, Birmingham B8 2RS (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Activities of mortgage finance companies, presented on Thursday 08 June 2023, at 11:10 by HIS MAJESTY'S REVENUE AND CUSTOMS, of 14 Westfield Avenue, London E20 1HZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4 1NL on Wednesday 23 August 2023, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
