Lee Lockwood and Gareth Harris of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 5th Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4DL, were subsequently appointed as Joint Liquidators by the creditors of the company at a creditors meeting held on 27 July 2023.
