The KING has directed that the appointment of Anthony John James BAILEY to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 14 June 2008, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of William McKeeva BUSH to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 1996, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Richard John Thornton PALLISTER to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 15 June 1996, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Nicholas WELCH to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 2005, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Peter John ANTONELLI to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 2004, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Paul Martin CAHILL to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 2003, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Dario GRADI to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 1997, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Thomas William HOGG to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 11 June 2016, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Raymond Harold PARRY to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 30 December 2006, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Krishna Ballabh Prasad SINGH to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 15 June 2013, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Jonathan Philip ULLMER to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 14 June 2014, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The KING has directed that the appointment of Anthony GRIFFIN to be a Medallist of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 29 December 2018, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.
