Notice is hereby given that on 1 August 2023, a petition was presented to the sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by Fiona Wallace, Cairnston Steading, Glassinghall FK15 0JF, craving the court inter alia that Fiona Wallace Consultants Ltd, having its registered office at The Old Forge, 28 Field Road, Busby G76 8JB, be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006, in which petition the Sheriff at Paisley, by interlocutor dated 8 August 2023, ordered that a copy of this petition be published on the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service website and like copies be served upon the Registrar of Companies, Dorothy Bain KC His Majesty's Advocate, and the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer and ordained any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Paisley, within 21 days of such intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
