Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that L3 Investment Holdings LP has transferred part of its interests in Mayfair Equity Partners I LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £319.30, to each of the following persons:

4. AB-Abbott Private Equity Solutions 2022 (Delaware) Fund L.P.

5. AB-Abbott Private Equity Solutions 2023 (Delaware) Fund L.P.

6. CD Bobcat, L.P.

7. Capital Dynamics Future Essentials III SCSp

8. CSP IV Holdings, L.P.

9. CSP IV OP HOLDINGS, L.P.

10. Alaska Retirement Management Board

11. Pathway Private Equity Fund XXX-FI, LP

12. Pathway Private Equity Fund XXX-FP, LP

13. Pathway Private Equity Fund XXV, LP

14. Pathway Private Equity Fund XXIII, LP

15. Pathway Private Equity Fund XXIX, LP

16. Public Employees' Retirement System of Nevada

(each a “New Limited Partner”).

As a result, each of the New Limited Partners has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
