NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that on 12 July 2023, David McGinness and Brian Milne, both of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB were appointed Joint Liquidators of HIV Scotland by virtue of the deemed consent procedure.

A liquidation committee has not been established. The Joint Liquidators do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with the Joint Liquidators.
