NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in the Sheriff Court of Grampian Highlands and Islands at Inverness by Martin Alister Roy, of 50 Seafield Road, Inverness, Scotland, IV1 1SG, on 2 May 2023, craving the Court inter alia to order that PTARMIGAN HOMES LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland (company number SC393327), having its registered office at 50 Seafield Road, Inverness, Scotland, IV1 1SG (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; and in the meantime, to appoint Richard Gordon Bathgate, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Inverness by Interlocutor dated 2 May 2023 appointed the said Richard Gordon Bathgate as Provisional Liquidator with the powers conferred by sections 135,167 and 169 and Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
