This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators’ of the Company, Peter Kubik (“the convener”) and Brian Johnson, of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW (telephone number: 020 7216 4600), who were appointed by the director.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The approval of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee. 3. That the Joint Administrators be discharged from liability in respect of any action undertaken by them pursuant to paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 of the Act, such discharge to take effect when the appointment of Joint Administrators ceases to have effect, as defined by the Act, unless the court specifies a time.
