At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Richard J Smith & Co, 20 Southernhay West, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1PR on 11 April 2023, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel Adam Bailey and Hamish Millen Adam of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, lvybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up." It was further resolved that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
