At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 27 March 2023 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolutions:

THAT the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators be hereby authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) ("the Act") to exercise the powers laid down in schedule 4, part I of the Act.

THAT any act required or authorised under any enactment or otherwise to be done by the Joint Liquidators of the Company may be done by any one or more of the persons holding the office of Liquidator from time to time (whether acting alone or jointly).
