THE HARROW (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (SCHOOL STREETS) (NO. 3) (REVOCATION) TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow on 20 March 2023 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of Order will be to revoke the prohibition of motor vehicles in Badminton Close, Leys Close, Marlborough Hill, Ranmoor Close, Ranmoor Gardens and Rugby Close.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 3 April 2023, of the Harrow (Prescribed Routes) (School Streets) (No. 3) Traffic Order 2022 and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am and 3pm Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
