Notice is hereby given that on 3 March 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Industrial Door Services (Scotland) Limited craving the Court inter alia that Industrial Door Services (Scotland) Limited having its registered office at Upper Floor, Unit 1, Cadzow Park, 82 Muir Street, Hamilton, United Kingdom, ML3 6BJ be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Charles Robb and Michelle Marie Elliot of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG be appointed as interim liquidators after service, intimation and advertisement; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (HAM-L15-23) dated 8 March 2023 ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
