NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that on 08 March 2023 Brian Milne and David McGinness, both of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB were appointed Joint Liquidators of ATTERLEY.COM RETAIL LIMITED by virtue of the deemed consent procedure.

A liquidation committee has not been established. We do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with us forthwith.
