"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) both of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
