NOTICE is hereby given that on 7 February 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Paisley by WILSON DESIGN SOURCE SUPPLY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Wilson Design Source Supply Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; In which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 8 February 2023 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Herald" newspapers and ordained any persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court, St James Street, Paisley, PA3 2HW within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given; and in the meantime appointed Mr Steven Wright of William Duncan Business Recovery, to be the provisional liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers specified in Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 until the appointment of an interim liquidator to the said company or this Petition is dismissed.
