LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 247(STOPPING UP ORDER)
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an order under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the Act) authorising the stopping up of following area of public highway which is described in the First Schedule to this Notice.
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in Schedule two to this Notice to be carried out in accordance with planning permission Ref 1189/20.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLAN No: 2023/SUO/001 may be inspected free of charge by any person from 2nd February 2023 to 2nd March 2023 at the following locations:
a) The information Centre, Lynton house, 225-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NY – between 8.45 am and 4.30pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and on Wednesdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) and
b) Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford IG1 1EA between 9.30am to 8pm Mondays to Fridays; between 10am to 5pm Saturday.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order, stating their reasons for doing so, by writing to the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge’s Highway Development Management Team:

The hatched area of public highway to be stopped up measuring approximately 65.241 metres in length and 9.94 metres in width as shown on the attached deposited plan number 2023/SUO/001 and which can be inspected at the above locations.
The Second Schedule

The Location: Land adjacent to 1-3 Boundary Close, Loxford Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG3 9AP
The Development
Demolition of existing buildings. Redevelopment of site to create 17 Dwellings (C3) and 142 flats with associated landscaping and car parking.
