Notice is hereby given that in an application presented on 30 August 2022 by HM Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy, The Insolvency Service, Cannon House, 18 Priory Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6FD, for an order that Arturas Jakovicius, formerly residing at 125 Summerhill Road, Aberdeen, AB15 6EH and whose current whereabouts are unknown, shall not, without the leave of the court, be a director of a company, or in any way, either directly or indirectly be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for a period of not less than 2 years but not exceeding 15 years, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 14 December 2022 ordained Arturas Jakovicius to answer within the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen, the Civil Centre, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP on 26 January 2023 at 10:00 am and such hearing is proceeding by way of video link using the Cisco Webex video platform. If Arturas Jakovicius fails to appear decree may pass against him at the hearing; all of which notice is given.
