Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 , by William Antony Batty, the Joint Liquidator to the creditors of Piebury Corner Ltd, that I intend declaring a final dividend to the preferential creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Preferential creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 25 November 2022 the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF, and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A preferential creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
