“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Guy Robert Thomas Hollander (IP No. 009233) and Adam Harris (IP No. 15454) both of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally".
