Paul Dougan

In a summary application presented on 30 October 2019 at Glasgow Sheriff Court in terms of section 6(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in respect of Paul Dougan, last known to be residing at Flat 0/2, 40 Herma Street, Glasgow, G23 5AR, on 3 October 2022 Sheriff S. Reid made a disqualification order in respect of Paul Dougan in terms of section 6(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 that he shall not without the leave of the Court, be a director of a company, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the promotion, formation or management for a period of fourteen years commencing from 24 October 2022. All of which intimation is hereby given.
