"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Simon Farr (IP No. 27496) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
