The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Greater London Council Act 1974 and Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to:

1. Convert single yellow lines to double yellow lines in Cranbrook Road IG1 opposite nos. 249 to 267; The Broadway IG8 outside nos. 1 to 6 and opposite no. 1 to its junction with Station Road Approach;

2. Convert single yellow lines to pay by phone bays operating 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday with a maximum stay of 3 hours and no return within 1 hour in Woodbine Place E11 at the side of Wanstead Library, outside no. 25 Woodbine Place and opposite Wanstead Library to opposite no. 25 Woodbine Place, in Grosvenor Road E11 outside the Wanstead United Reformed Church; Loxford Lane IG1 outside Loxford Youth Centre;

3. Install double yellow lines in Durham Avenue IG8 opposite 15 to 26 Barnes Court and across the access to the field; Fullwell Avenue IG5 at the side of no. 1 Humphrey Close; Tomswood Hill IG6 opposite nos. 242 to 248; Westwood Road IG3 outside no. 203;

4. Install no loading at any time restrictions in The Broadway IG8 outside nos. 1 to 4 and opposite no. 1 to its junction with Station Road Approach;

5. Convert single yellow line outside no. 117 Westbury Road IG1 to an unrestricted bay;

6. Revoke single yellow line outside no. 23 Horace Road IG6; Marion Close IG6 at the side of no. 19 New North Road;

7. Convert school keep clear markings and double yellow lines with double yellow kerb blips to WB Permit Parking operating Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm in Gordon Road E11 at the side of no. 57 Cambridge Park;

8. Convert limited waiting bays in Gordon Road E11 at the side of no. 55 Cambridge Park to WB Permit Parking operating Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm;

9. Extend double yellow lines, revoking underlying permit parking lines in Gaynes Hill Road IG8 outside no. 50; the parking area of Little Holt E11 (off of Hermon Hill);

10. Convert single yellow lines to unrestricted parking bays in Woodlands Road IG1 outside nos. 66/64, 63, 68, 77, 94/96, Bedford Road IG1 at the side of no. 68 Woodlands Road, Rutland Road IG1 opposite nos. 43 to 47, outside no. 20/22, 38/40, Dudley Road IG1 at the side of nos. 100 and 102 Woodlands Road, Grange Road IG1 outside no. 20, at the side of no. 120 Woodlands Road, Cleveland Road IG1 at the side of no. 20 Rutland Road and no. 15 Dudley Road;

11. Install a permit parking area (Hainault D) operating at all times on Hughes Road IG6.

12. Revoke a section of footway parking outside no. 672a/674 New North Road IG6;

13. Install shared use BLA Permit Holders Parking or Pay By Phone Parking operating Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm Monkhams Lane IG8 between High Road Woodford Green and The Green (southeast side only);

A copy of the Order, the map schedule and map schedule legend indicating the location and the effect may be examined at the Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford, IG1 1EA between 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays) and 10am to 5pm Saturday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Orders must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY (quoting reference LBR. 2022/T22), within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
