Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14(2), 15.5, 15.13 and 18.16 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the 'Rules') that the Company's Director (the "Convener) is seeking the following decisions from creditors of the above named company at a virtual creditors' meeting to be held on 15 September 2022 at 11.15 am, the decision date for this meeting:
1. That Henry Nicholas Page and Dominic Paul Dumville both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9AH be nominated as Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act jointly or severally;
2. That a Liquidation Committee be established if there are sufficient nominations to form such a committee; and
3. That in the absence of a Liquidation Committee being established that the following be approved: Mercer & Hole's unpaid pre appointment fees amounting to £7,000 plus VAT; 4. That the joint liquidators' remuneration shall be fixed by reference to the time property given by the joint liquidators and their staff in attending to in all matters arising in the liquidation, charged at Mercer & Hole's standard rates for this type of work, amended from time to time, estimated to be £7,400 as detailed in the fees estimated in appendix C; 5. That the joint liquidators' category 2 expenses shall be paid as described in Mercer & Hole's statement of policy on fees and expenses in insolvency proceedings, and included within the fee proposed in appendix C.
Any creditor who has not received details of how to access the meeting should contact the Convener using the contact details below. Creditors wishing to vote must deliver a proof in respect of their claim in accordance with the Rules, to be received by the Convener using the contact details below, no later than 16.00 hours on 14 September 2022 failing which a vote by the creditor will be disregarded. All proxies for the meeting must be delivered to the Convener to char before the meeting.
