The sheriff, having considered the foregoing petition, appoints a copy thereof and of this deliverance to be published on the SCTS website in lieu of the Walls of Court and a like copy to be served upon Kairos Catering LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Registered Number SC417863 and having its registered office at 114 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, Scotland EHll 2NR; further, appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Press & Journal newspaper; ordains the said Kairos Catering LTD, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
