Notice is hereby given that on 26 August 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by Group Ltd having its registered office Unit D East Fulton Farm, Darluith Road, Paisley, PA3 3TP (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 29 August 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Kenneth R Craig and Kenneth W Pattullo, both insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in Section 167 and Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, until the appointment of Joint Interim Liquidators; all of which notice is hereby given.
