Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I, Lisa Alford (IP Number: 9723), being Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, intend to declare a first and final dividend to both the preferential and unsecured creditors within the period of two months from 16 September 2022.
