NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION PURSUANT TO REGULATION 24(1) OF THE ELECTRONIC MONEY REGULATIONS 2011 (THE "EMR")
Notice is hereby given that David Hudson and Geoffrey Rowley each of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, the joint administrators of the Company (the "Administrators") propose to make a final distribution to electronic money (“e-money”) holders pursuant to Regulation 24(1) of the EMR.
Confirmations of balances and bank details may be submitted to the Administrators at any point up to and including 12 September 2022, that date being the last date for proving. E-money holders are, however, asked to submit confirmation in writing of their balances and bank details at the earliest possible opportunity.
E-money holders are encouraged to submit supporting evidence with their confirmation of balances and bank details and may be requested to provide such further details or produce additional documentation or other evidence as the Administrators deem appropriate or necessary for the purpose of substantiating the whole or any part of a claim.
E-money holders who have already submitted confirmation of their balances and bank details to the Joint Administrators are not required to do so again.
The Administrators intend to declare and make a distribution within the period of two months from 12 September 2022, in accordance with the distribution procedure as ordered by the Order of Mr Justice Trower dated 21 July 2022 (the “21 July Order”). This notice is subject to the Administrators’ right to postpone or cancel the proposed distribution under the circumstances specified in Paragraph 8 of the 21 July Order.

All further notices shall be given by way of advertisement on the above website only and shall not be sent to electronic money holders.

Geoffrey Rowley and Jason Baker were appointed as joint administrators of ipagoo LLP on 1 August 2019. David Hudson was appointed as a joint administrator of ipagoo LLP on 20 June 2022. Jason Baker ceased to be an administrator of ipagoo LLP on 20 June 2022. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the joint administrators.
David Hudson and Geoffrey Rowley are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
