Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the sections of the Motor Industry Pension Plan listed below are being wound up. The Trustee of the Plan is anxious to trace all former members of these listed sections and their beneficiaries who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Plan. Any person who has, or may have, any claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan is required to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to the Trustee of the Motor Industry Pension Plan, c/o Aon, Colmore Gate, 2 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2QD, within two months of the date of publication of this Notice. After the expiry of this two-month period, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the listed sections, having regard only to claims, entitlements and interests of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claims have not been notified to them in writing. The listed sections shall then be wound up.
