Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 April 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26 July 2022, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of SOPHIA LILLY SYMONDS , who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Sophia Lilly Melnyk and assumed the name of Sophia Lilly Symonds.
