Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (“the Order”) that a meeting of creditors of the Company will take place virtually on 03 August 2022 at 1.15pm for the purposes provided for in Articles 85, 86 and 87 of the Order and access details for the meeting will be provided on request. A proxy form is available which, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of TruSolv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 3TJ, not later than 12 noon on 02 August 2022. Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of their debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived. During the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held, Shane Biddlecombe and Matthew Hoy of TruSolv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 3TJ will be pleased to furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the Liquidators are to be remunerated.
