A petition to wind-up the above-named Company (registered no 11083131) of c/o Fidlaw Ltd, Portman House, 2 Portman Street, London, W1H 6DU presented on the 17th June 2022 by SCY Space SPV S.R.L, of Via Guido Reni 2/2 – 40125, Bologna, Italy (the Petitioner) claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 3 August 2022, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
